Happy Wednesday everyone, Welcome to the latest installment on 'The Good, Bad & Ugly Revisited' Project! Thanks for dropping in. This week I am getting into values for Tuco with a little set up for Angel Eyes, (played by Eli Wallach and Lee Van Cleef, respectively from the classic film), and some graveyard value set-ups and color layering... Enjoy, and let me know what you think! And below is the progression from last week's effort to compare through to this week: Thanks for checking in everyone, have a fantastic day out there, and hope to see you all next week👍
Take care, Andy C.

Hey everyone, welcome back! I am continuing on with The Good, Bad & Ugly Revisited Project this week, and getting into values and color layers for Clint over here👍 Without further fanfare, let's get into Part 4! Here is a before-and-after, from last week's chapter to this week's chapter thus far: I'll keep it short and sweet this week - Thanks so much for stopping by, and for checking in on this project!! I hope you are enjoying how it progresses and develops as much as I am.
Although I usually have a fair idea of what I would like my canvas to look like at the end, the truth is that it unfolds and reveals itself to me as I go, in spite of my best planning. If you enjoy my videos, or take my free art classes here in SF, (or both, for that matter :) please consider supporting me on Patreon for $1 per month, or for $5 per month to get extended, exclusive Art painting videos and content! Take care everyone, and see you next week. Andy C. Welcome back everyone! You're just in time for Part 3 on this Acrylic canvas tribute project for 'the Good The Bad and the Ugly'! This one is not a commission by the way; it's a personal project that I've been wanting to do for a while, so I'm now taking a few weeks to work on with you. This week's segment is all about lettering, sunsets and cowboy hats. Enjoy! So here is where we are on this piece to date, as of tonight: Stay tuned next week for face tones and...sand. Yes, lots of sand. And Tombstones. Lots of Tombstones. And Tumbleweeds. We need to have Tumbleweeds! I mean, Westerns NEED tumbleweeds, by Golly by Gum.
Have a great week everyone. 👍 Andy |
